A musical journey to the chain locker rooms of the Michal Mine in Ostrava–Michálkovice will offer an exceptional fusion of music, industrial memory, and vibrant atmosphere. This authentically preserved space, where miners were still changing clothes not long ago, will be transformed for one evening into an unexpected musical salon. Sylvie Bee & Band will reveal the world of French chanson – a genre rooted in storytelling, emotion, and personal expression.

Sylvie Bee, winner of an international competition for the interpretation of Francophone song, is one of the most distinctive figures on the Czech chanson scene; her performance is theatrically vivid, vocally confident, and deeply human. In the industrial setting of the mine, the chansons gain a new dimension: fragile and passionate songs encounter the raw beauty of a technical heritage site, creating a powerful contrast that intensifies their message. This concert is not merely a listening experience, but an immersive encounter – a meeting of music with a place that carries its own memory, atmosphere, and story.
