TicketsTypes of admission
There are the following types of tickets for festival concerts. We offer discounts for seniors 65+, students, ZTP, ZTP/P,…:
- SECTORS – Tickets are sold for specific seats; concert venues are divided into
sectors, which determine the amount of admission. Individual admission prices and discounts can be found directly at the given
concert. - FREE SEATING – Tickets are not sold for specific seats, you can sit as you wish. Individual admission prices and discounts can be found directly at the given concert.
Voucher
Give the gift of a musical experience!
Would you like to delight your loved ones with a musical experience, but are not sure which concert to choose? We offer vouchers worth CZK 500, CZK 1000 and CZK 2000. You can purchase a voucher at the office at Dr. Šmerala 6, Ostrava or online directly here, after payment it will be sent to your e-mail.
- The voucher can be redeemed for available tickets at the office at Dr. Šmerala 6, Ostrava – Moravská Ostrava 702 00 or online.
- You may select concerts within the value of the purchased voucher at www.hudebnivylety.cz
- The voucher itself is not a valid ticket for admission.
- The total price of selected tickets must be equal to or higher than the value of the voucher; any difference must be paid in addition. Tickets of a lower value than the voucher cannot be purchased.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The validity period is stated on the voucher. Purchased vouchers are valid until 11 November 2026.
- Valid only for Musical Journeys 2026 concerts.
eTickets
- The electronic ticket is not for sale outside the website www.shf.cz. You can use the eTicket in electronic and printed form upon entry. Simply present it to our staff at the entrance for inspection before the concert.
- The eTicket is a valuable, full-fledged ticket and its counterfeiting is punishable. Additional modifications make the eTicket invalid. The paid admission fee is refunded only in the event of cancellation of the event; the eTicket cannot be exchanged for another. No compensation is provided for lost eTickets. The eTicket must be kept in a safe place to prevent misuse.
- The organizer is not responsible for any problems caused by unauthorized use or copying of the eTicket. Entry will only be permitted on the basis of the eTicket that is presented for inspection first. Upon any further presentation of the eTicket or its copy, the eTicket or its copy will not be considered a valid eTicket and entry to the event will not be permitted on this basis, regardless of who presents it.
- eTicket holders are required to comply with the rules set by the event organizer. The program and performers are subject to change. In the event of late arrival, the visitor loses the right to their seat in the hall. They will be shown to an available seat by the organizer, exclusively during applause.
Discounts
(in exceptional cases it may vary slightly, we recommend checking the discount amount directly under the given concert)
Discount for seniors 65+, students, disabled people
- The discount is set at a fixed amount of 200 CZK, see the details of the given concert.
Child discount (children under 15 years old)
- Children under 15 years old have free admission to the Music Trips concerts (with the exception of selected concerts, see the Music Trips program)
ZTP/P
- The discount for concerts is set at a fixed amount of 50 CZK, see the details of the given concert.
- The discount is valid for the holder of the ZTP/P card and his/her companion.
Members of the Music Trips Club
- 20-50% on all concerts.
ZTP
- 20% on Ostrava concerts with numbered seats.
- For other concerts, the discount is set at a fixed amount, see the details of the given concert.
Custom 4+1 subscription
- Create your own concert series from 5 different concerts of the Music Trips cycle! When purchasing these subscription tickets, the cheapest ticket is free.
Discount for visitors of the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre
- Audiences and subscribers of the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre can get a 20% discount on all SHF concerts, upon presentation of a ticket from an NDM performance or an NDM season ticket for the 24/25 or 25/26 season. The discount can only be applied at the SHF office.
- Visitors to the SHF can get a 20% discount on all NDM titles, with the exception of performances by guest ensembles, upon presentation of a ticket from an SHF concert for the current festival season. The discount can be applied at the NDM ticket sales office (in the DJM passage).

- Concert-goers who arrive after the start of the concert will be seated according to the organisers’ instructions.

Ticket returns and refunds can only be allowed in the event of cancellations of concerts.
